The days have been warm and mild but no signs of much needed rain. Spring vegetables are coming along. Artichokes and broad beans are starting to produce a few small offerings. The peas are still flowering, the yellow podded ones seem to be more prolific than the purple ones. I have seven artichoke plants, if they produce well I will need to investigate some way of preserving the hearts.
